About Dewayne
After an seven-year career in the NFL, real estate was a natural next step. I know the ins and outs of the business and I like that the more effort I put into it, the greater the reward.
I have spent the past seven years in real estate as a licensed builder, land developer, and broker. In 2017 named a Real Estate All-Star by HOUR Magazine in their June/July 2017 issue.
I recently started a NextHome All Pro Realty brokerage in Northville, Mich., recognizing that the methods in which people are learning about and buying homes is shifting. I’m looking to build a team of real estate agents that recognize that shift.
I am currently working on a luxury townhome development in Downtown Northville. The boutique development will be made up of 16 luxury units located within walking distance of excellent restaurants, shopping centers, and schools.
